Explain:

• The program aims to lend small ticket unsecured loans in the range of Rs 12k to 80k to economically active poor women individually or under Joint Liability Group (JLG) through Business corresponded channel 

• Short term loans giving High Returns to the Bank
  • PNPA Resolutions in time-bound manner

Area Collection Manger- Will be responsible for 

• NPA recoveries
• Monitoring and leading the team in the field.

• Driving PNPA resolutions through collections and business team.
• Monitoring daily activities of FEs tagged for collections.
• Ensuring all the NPA/write off borrowers are visited by the team.
• Ensuring the set collection goals are driven with daily/weekly/monthly frequency.
• Ensuring NPA & write off  recovery targets are met on a monthly basis.
• Visiting the critical locations, customers regularly.
• Recruiting, Training, guiding and monitoring the team to reach expected goals
• Handling customer complaints and providing solution in time-bound manner.
• Arranging collections camps, Lok Adalats and and participating regularly.
• Driving PTP collections
• Liasoning and coordination with counterparts in business. 
• Portfolio quality management.

Optimal qualification for success on the job is:

• Graduate / Post Graduate
• On field Experience of 2+  Years in Microfinance Industry
• Team management skills  & liasoning

For successful execution of the job, a candidate should possess the following:

• Knowledge 

Knowledge of Core Microfinance Functions and Products.

• Skills 

Good communication (both verbal & written)

Inter-personal skills

Strong Excel and database manipulation skills 

• Abilities 

       Ability to work effectively across functions and demonstrated ability to coach and mentor others
