Job Description

Should possess excellent communication skills

Complete Quality checks as defined and agreed with Client Contracts

Client Management- Manage the ITC portfolio and maintain strong customer relation

Respond to customer emails related to payment / dispute/Collections queries.

Maintain exception logs for process related exception as and when they occur for knowledge retention

Prepare and complete SOP’s or Process manual as per Client & Process requirements

Adhere the internal compliance policy and guideline established by the management on their daily operational activities

Perform daily internal audit

Bachelors – Accounting, Bachelors – Commerce, Bachelors – Economics, Bachelors – Finance, Masters – Finance

Certifications
