| 6 | Added advantage if having Mold flow experience | |
| 7 | Must have worked on Mounting startegy , master sections , packaging feasibility , Manufacturing & Assembly feasibility of Interior Trims parts | |
| 8 | Product design, freezing layout & packaging | |
| 9 | Release RFQ, with technical inputs & product characteristics | |
| 10 | Co-ordination with supplier, finalizing technical scope, preparing synopsis | |
| 11 | Interaction with various department | |
| Preparation of Design Guidelines | ||
| 12 | DML release through PLM TCE & TCUA | |
| 13 | Line tryouts of proposals to address issues in current & upcoming programs | |
