Job Purpose:
To generate new business from various locations and retain customers by providing excellent services.
Job Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Business Generation:
Source proposals from individual farmers, co-operative societies, rural mandis & markets, Kisan Clubs, Farmer Producer Organizations.
Source liability business from mapped dairy societies, farmers, and other potential customers.
Generate Cross Sell business from mapped locations.
Conduct marketing activities for new business generation.
Achieve assigned targets.
Increase penetration of KGC Business in existing and new villages.
Source business from farmers and actively actively involve in Government Schemes.
Ensure DBT seeding for all accounts.
Relationship Building and Customer Support:
Provide pre and post disbursement support to customers.
Coordinate with customers and insurance co. vets for cattle tagging and claim support.
Create awareness on Digital Cattle loan Product for eligible farmers.
Liaise with existing customers for relationship building.
Housekeeping, Portfolio and Audit Management:
Submit Post Disbursement Documents (PDD).
Submit Call Memos.
Collect & Submit LAD.
Handle IAD alerts & exceptions.
Business Correspondent (BC) management:
Periodically visit BC locations and guide BCs on business and regulatory requirements.
Support BCs in processing CASA sourcing and coordinate with Ops, branch.
Coordinate with auditors for BC spot audits.
Others:
Perform any other task assigned by seniors.
