What will you do?

  • As an eLearning Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain engaging, high-quality digital learning solutions.
  • You will work with Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate Rise 360, HTML5, and other eLearning development tools to deliver interactive, accessible, maintainable, and user-friendly courses that support business and learning objectives.
  • You will also engage with stakeholders, interpret storyboards and requirements, develop solutions, manage feedback, and support testing and deployment

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline (e.g., B.Sc, BE, B.Com, B.A).
  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in eLearning development and design, preferably in a corporate learning environment.
  • Proven experience developing interactive eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline 360 and Articulate Rise.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing eLearning authoring, interaction design, and visual storytelling capabilities.

Skills

eLearning Authoring & Development

  • Strong expertise in Articulate Storyline 360 and Articulate Rise 360 for developing interactive and responsive learning experiences.
  • Experience creating custom menus, slides, interactions, variables, triggers, layers, states, and custom players.
  • Proficiency in HTML5, JavaScript and the ability to incorporate web-based elements into eLearning solutions.
  • Good understanding of Instructional Design principles and the ability to translate storyboards into effective digital learning experiences.

Design & Delivery

  • Ability to develop creative, engaging, and learner-centered courses aligned with defined learning objectives.
  • Strong troubleshooting and quality-checking skills across eLearning content, interactions, navigation, and course functionality.
  • Ability to optimize courses for usability, accessibility, performance, and compatibility across supported devices and browsers.
  • Experience publishing, packaging, testing, and deploying eLearning courses using standard formats such as SCORM.
  • Ability to manage feedback, revisions, and multiple development priorities while meeting tight deadlines.

Creative & Technical Skills

  • Ability to create compelling visual storytelling and interactive learning experiences.
  • Ability to generate effective creative prompts and use AI-assisted workflows to improve development speed and quality.
  • Attention to detail with a strong focus on consistency, accuracy, and learner experience

Soft Skills

  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-solving mindset with openness to feedback and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred

  • Advanced knowledge of GenAI tools such as Copilot for Microsoft 365, ChatGPT, Storyline AI, or AI-assisted content development workflows.
  • Experience developing accessible eLearning content aligned with recognized accessibility standards.
  • Familiarity with graphics (Adobe Suite), audio, video (Vyond), animation, or other media-development tools used in eLearning production.
  • Basic knowledge of Digital Adoption Platforms (DAP) such as Whatfix and Navattic.
  • Exposure to learning management systems (Workday), course deployment, and testing in corporate learning environments.
