Role Overview:

The
Apprentice – Retail Operations will undergo on-the-job training under the
National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) program. The role is designed
to provide hands-on exposure to retail store operations, customer service,
merchandising, and sales support while developing professional skills in a
fast-paced retail environment.

KeyDeliverables(Essentialfunctions&ResponsibilitiesoftheJob):

Assist customers on the shop floor by understanding
their requirements and providing suitable product recommendations and always
ensure a positive and engaging customer experience.

Support day-to-day store operations including stock
replenishment, product display, and maintaining store standards.

Assist in receiving, tagging, and arranging
merchandise.

·      
Ensure the store floor is clean, organized, and
visually appealing

·      
Assist the sales team in achieving store sales
targets.

·      
Help in stock counts, stock transfers, and
maintaining inventory accuracy

Toavoidshrinkageinthestore

Ensurevisualmerchandisingstandardsareadheredtoandstandardsaremaintained
