The Accelerator Lead is responsible for accelerating Global Supply Chain capabilities from the Hyderabad hub, with a focus on process management and intelligence, serialization, and data capability acceleration. The role translates strategic priorities into scalable capability roadmaps, practical ways of working, and measurable business outcomes across people, process, technology, and data. The role partners closely with Global Supply Chain, BP&T leadership, Data Operations, Process Excellence, IT, and functional stakeholders to strengthen end-to-end process maturity, improve data quality and usability, and enable consistent adoption of digital and AI-ready capabilities across the organization.
