Job Title: Delivery Module Lead Location: Mph-Infinity Park, Mumbai, IN

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Delivery Module Lead to oversee and manage the delivery of software projects with a strong emphasis on Java MicroServices Development. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of delivery management processes and methodologies, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a proactive leader who can effectively communicate with stakeholders and drive teams towards successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of software delivery projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client requirements.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and resources, while maintaining a focus on quality and risk management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and operations, to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Utilize strong Java MicroServices Development knowledge to guide technical discussions and decisions.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any issues that arise.
• Implement best practices in delivery management and continuously seek opportunities for process improvement.
• Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in Java MicroServices Development, including design, implementation, and deployment.
• Proven experience in delivery management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with cloud platforms and microservices architecture.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of DevOps practices and principles.
• Experience in working with distributed teams and remote collaboration tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in project management or Agile methodologies are a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage software delivery projects successfully.
