Job Description :

Job title: Assistant Manager – Customer Marketing (Innovation)

Responsibilities:

• Outlet Activation: Execute customer marketing and trade activation plans directly at retail and on-trade channels.
• In-Store Visibility: Drive brand visibility using Point of Sale Materials (POSM), merchandising, gondolas, racks, and signage.
• Market Execution: Conduct regular market visits, outlet mapping, and joint field “recees” with the sales team to evaluate and finalize locations.
• Vendor & Promoter Management: Manage on-ground vendors, promoters, installation upkeep, and purchase order (PO) bill clearances.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with commercial sales and brand marketing teams to track performance metrics and activity calendars.
• Support sales team in achieving volume & distribution targets
• Handle documentation (POs, bills, stock tracking, etc.)
