About You:

• Minimum
  4+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Exchange Online, Teams,
  SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Microsoft
  Copilot).
• Experience
  in managing SharePoint Online sites, permissions, document libraries, and
  access-related issues, perform user provisioning, deprovisioning, password
  resets, and account administration.
• Experience
  in managing and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 licensing, subscription
  assignments, and license compliance.

What you ‘ll do:

·      
Provide L2 support for Outlook,
Exchange Online (Mail), Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft
Copilot.

·      
Troubleshoot and resolve email,
calendar, mailbox, and Outlook client issues

·      
Support Microsoft Teams meetings,
chat, channels, calling, and collaboration features.

·      
Troubleshoot OneDrive
synchronization, sharing, storage, and file recovery issues.

·      
Troubleshoot Microsoft Entra ID
(Azure AD) including user accounts, groups, MFA, and access management.

·      
Perform
Discovery, Analysis, Design, Implementation, Testing and deployment of
solutions.

·      
Troubleshoot
and resolve: Mail flow issues, Security incidents (phishing, malware,
spoofing), Intune deployment and compliance issues.

·      
Provide support for Microsoft Excel,
Word, PowerPoint, and other Office applications.

·      
Assist users with Microsoft Copilot
onboarding, access, and functionality issues.

·      
Support Power Platform services
including basic troubleshooting of Power Apps and Power Automate.

·      
Monitor service health, investigate
incidents, and perform root cause analysis for recurring issues.

·      
Handle service requests and
incidents within agreed SLAs and ITIL processes.

·      
Create and maintain technical
documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.

·      
Coordinate with Microsoft support
and L3 teams for complex issue resolution.
