1. Expertise in Payroll processing for India, APAC, US 2. Employee joining and CTC verifications with their signed offers 3. Verification of HR monthly Inputs 4. Updating of New joiners and separations or terminations on the system 5. Hands on knowledge and experience in statutory compliances 6. Verifying of Employee’s Tax declarations with actual saving proofs 7. Reconciliation of payroll with reports prior to payments 8. Preparing fund requirement for payroll monthly outflow 9. Ensure pay sheets and payments are correct and deliver on time 10. Accurate report submission as and when needed 11. Intercompany transactions 12. Processing of separated employees Full and Final settlements and their end of service benefits 13. Ensure posting of payroll entries on time 14. Year ending audit schedules to be prepared related to Payroll and employee benefits 15. Process employee claims and clarify queries 16. Prior experience in Payroll tool (Must) and Oracle ERP (Preferable)
