Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Full-stack Developer to join our dynamic team as a Delivery Module Lead. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in Java and AWS, with a particular emphasis on PostgreSQL database management and DBA-like skills. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage serverless architectures and implement robust unit testing practices. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality software solutions that meet our clients’ needs.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java and AWS technologies.
• Implement and manage PostgreSQL databases, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Utilize ROSA Messaging (MQ & other) for effective communication between services.
• Develop serverless applications and microservices to enhance system efficiency.
• Conduct unit testing and ensure code quality through best practices and automated testing frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that align with business objectives.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to enhance team capabilities.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proficient in Java programming language.
• Strong experience with AWS services and cloud architecture.
• Expertise in PostgreSQL, including database design, optimization, and administration.
• Familiarity with ROSA Messaging (MQ & other) for message-driven architectures.
• Experience in developing serverless applications.
• Solid understanding of unit testing methodologies and frameworks.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
