His main missions are to:

• Provide support to the users several BGs/PGs

  • Support services lines (support : configuration, administration,…)

  • Perform a first level of analysis and pre qualify all incidents transferred by hotlines in coordination with user support manager

  • First level of functional support to the users (training, advice, best practices,…)

• Incidents requiring the follow actions are out of User Support Manager scope :

  • Scripting for data correction in database

  • Code modification

  • Technical configuration evolutions

• He/She works closely with the user support manager to coordinate Hotline teams and/or support teams to perform Level 2 support.

Responsibilities:

As L2 Support of STR / TMT GISOCC team, you will be responsible to :

Support Level Lead will be the entry point for any user requests (issues or enhancements).

He is in charge of:

• Account Management & Licences:

● Clean-up users which have left the company

• Functional Support:

  • ● Login and access issues

  • ● Access to servers

  • ● create New JIRA tickets

  • ● Most questions about functional behaviour or capabilities (with help from the Product Owner)

  • ● Questions about methodology (with help from Methods & Tools team)

  • ● Some basic infrastructure issues (with help from IS CoC)

  • ● Abnormal observations

  • ● Basic methodology support

  • ● Support routes process change requests to the according Smart PWG

  • ● Working the life-cycle of a help desk incident

Apply, (communicate and ensure if manager) the compliance with the procedures and Environmental, Safety and Security good practices, to know, for their activities and the activities of subcontractors, the potential risks and their consequences, be attentive and be reagent and know the associated action plans.
