Bosch Automotive Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. (RBAI) is a 100% subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH . Established in 2009, in Naganathapura – Bengaluru, RBAI is primarily focused in manufacturing electronic products for the automotive sector. RBAI has consistently added an average of one product every year resulting in a wide range of products comprising – Engine Control Units (ECU) for both 4W and 2W, Body Control Modules (BCM), ECUs for ABS, DC-DC Converters, iTraMS (Intelligent communication control unit) to name a few. Job Description

Regular Responsibilities:

1.    Consulting & rectification on IT Software/Hardware and security issues in Line Zone
2.    Implementation the changes which are coming from CD04602
3.    Maintaining the Production IT Secure with relevant Tools and guild line from NhP1/MFD3
4.    Execution of respective MES packages in production areas and support for MES
5.    Support ECR & NPI MES release activity.
6.    Periodic Updating of Plant IT device inventory list, Documentation of IT activities
7.    Awareness training for associates and document it ( Minimum 50 man hours)
8.    Raising CI tickets for Critical Production IT issues, collaborate & follow up with CI until RC is found.
9.    Supporting TEF1, MOE-Q & MFD1 team on analysing the issues related to MES & IT.
10.    Regular execution of Production Clients HDD backup based on the tracking list.
11.    Weekly reporting of IT/MES/i4.0 issues in Production line with clear statements and log files. 
12.    Reporting & Recording cyber security issues where ESCRYPT enterprise is involved.
13.    Monitoring of IT Infrastructure via available tools. 
14.    Supporting on different shifts.                                                                                                                          15. performing regular virus scanning on production machines as per central guidelines and maintain secure network zone..

Periodic Responsibilities:

Support Production IT Line Zone & Manufacture access Zone, and technically analyse the issue occur-ring in the IT devices and train users on better operational of devices in terms of usage & security. Moni-tor and report 100% availability of the IT devices used to produce parts in Production area. Implementa-tion & Adherence to security class of the IT devices as per Bosch Standards (CD 04602) & Internal Loca-tion Concept.

Occasional Responsibilities:

1. Support and preparing documentation for IT Audits
2. Handling Customer complaint  and implement measures to minimize the downtime.
3. Attending trainings  

Qualifications

Diploma or BE/B-Tech: CS / E&C, Equivalent Degree with 2 to 5 Years of Experience in Production environement.

Additional Information

Technical Skills:

ITIL-4 Foundation Certification, Short scripting & Coding, C & C++ commands, Basic knowledge of SQL.
