Job Description

Support enterprise-wide capital expenditure planning, governance, and portfolio management by partnering with Business Units, Projects, Engineering, Manufacturing, SCM, and Finance teams. Ensure robust evaluation of investment proposals, effective stage-gate reviews, budget adherence, governance compliance, and timely reporting of capital investments to enable informed decision making and optimal capital allocation.

Capex Planning & Budgeting

• Coordinate annual and long-range Capex planning exercises across business units and manufacturing locations.
• Consolidate project proposals and maintain enterprise Capex pipeline and portfolio.
• Support preparation of Capex budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections, and management reviews.
• Monitor approved vs. actual spend and identify risks and variances.

Portfolio Monitoring & Reporting

• Prepare monthly executive dashboards on:
  • Capex utilization
  • Project execution progress
  • Cash flow outlook
  • CWIP ageing
  • Delayed projects
  • Business case realization
• Highlight key risks, cost overruns, delays, and mitigation plans.
• Present portfolio insights to Finance, Project, and Business leadership teams.

Business Partnering

• Collaborate with Engineering, Projects, Manufacturing, Quality, SCM, and Business Finance teams.
• Support prioritization of competing investment opportunities.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment for project execution and realization of benefits.

Qualifications

• CA with relevant experience.
• 4-6 years of experience in Finance Controlling, FP&A, Manufacturing Finance, Projects Finance, Capex Planning, or Business Finance.
