Job Description:

Ability to work independently Job Description: – Project compliance  Arrange an initial call or meeting with the customer to understand their compliance process requirements and gather information on necessary document submissions.  Prepare and provide compliance documents as per customer requests.  Ensure timely preparation, submission, and maintenance of all required compliance documents, both online and o line, as per regulatory guidelines and internal policies.  Customers will review the submitted compliance and provide remarks to be addressed as needed.  Obtain the audit report on compliance submissions from the customer’s site. Subcon compliance  Conduct an introductory call with the subcontractor to explain the billing process.  Provide guidance to the subcontractor in accordance with JCI HR SOP and as per customer requirements.  Review compliance documents submitted by the subcontractor as per the checklist.  In case of non-compliance, coordinate with JCI Project Team, SCM Team, and the subcontractor to take necessary actions.  Obtain approval from the Compliance Manager for reviewed compliance documents.  Share the Compliance Manager’s approval with the subcontractor.  BOCW, CLRA and ISMW related licenses and returns.  Minimum wages and Labour laws related knowledge for the central and state.
