Roles & responsibilities
The role plays a critical part in supporting KPMG’s global social media program through content publishing, social listening, reporting, analytics, campaign support, and stakeholder engagement. The individual will help drive effective social media operations, performance measurement, and risk monitoring across KPMG’s digital channels.
Social Media Operations
Schedule and publish approved content across KPMG social media channels using social media management tools.
Coordinate with marketers and stakeholders on publishing timelines, content approvals and campaign launches.
Support the execution of paid social media campaigns, including campaign setup, launch readiness and performance tracking.
Ensure social media activities are executed in accordance with KPMG brand, risk and governance requirements.
Social Media Monitoring & Listening
Use social listening and monitoring tools for the early identification of emerging industry trends, potential threats and opportunities, providing timely feedback and alerts.
Monitor social conversations, Smart Inbox activity and listening topics to identify relevant mentions and emerging narratives.
Support development of monitoring reports, listening updates and stakeholder alerts.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure monitoring frameworks remain accurate and relevant.
Reporting & Analytics
Develop monthly, quarterly and annual social media performance reports within agreed timelines and quality standards.
Produce reporting across organic social media, paid social campaigns and social listening activities.
Support benchmarking and competitive analysis by reviewing industry and competitor social media performance.
Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Produce and deliver social media flash alerts and trend updates on a timely basis.
Research & Insights
Scan social media communities for engagement opportunities relevant to KPMG leaders and priority campaigns.
Review competitor social media channels and prepare reports highlighting performance trends, content themes and best practices.
Collect insights from social conversations to inform content, campaigns and communication strategies.
Identify emerging topics, audience interests and content opportunities that support KPMG’s social media objectives.
Stakeholder Management
Act as a point of contact for marketers and stakeholders on social media requests, reporting and campaign-related activities.
Support communication with stakeholders regarding campaign launches, reporting requirements and operational updates.
Participate in regular stakeholder meetings and provide updates on ongoing activities.
Risk Management
Ensure compliance with Risk policies and processes in content publishing, monitoring and campaign execution.
Proactively identify potential reputational risks that may impact the KPMG brand and ensure appropriate stakeholders are informed in a timely manner.
Support crisis monitoring activities and escalate issues in accordance with established governance processes.
Ensure quality standards, reporting requirements and operational guidelines are consistently adhered to.
Platform & Process Management
Support day-to-day use of social media management and reporting platforms including Sprout Social and related tools.
Assist with platform troubleshooting, workflow management and process improvements.
Support task coordination and tracking through Workfront and other project management tools.
Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
This role is for you if you have the below
Educational qualifications
Graduate / Post Graduate in relevant field
Work experience
The candidate must have to 3 – 5 year of relevant experience in managing social media communities for B2B or B2C companies.
Mandatory technical & functional skills
Project and Team management exposure
Credible record of operating as part of a team
Experience in the measurement and analysis of social media and/or website performance.
Excellent written communication and data interpretation skills to prepare and present
Preferred technical & functional skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Post-secondary degree or diploma in Marketing or Digital Marketing.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Proficiency in French is an asset.
Familiarity with generative AI and AI agents
