Job Title: Graphic Designer

Experience: 3+ Years

Job Overview: We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer with 3+ years of experience to create engaging and visually appealing designs for digital and print media. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate ideas into attractive visuals. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of branding, social media design, marketing creatives, advertising campaigns, typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling. The candidate should be capable of taking a creative brief or concept and independently transforming it into high-quality, visually engaging designs. This role requires someone who can balance creativity with business objectives, maintain brand consistency, manage multiple projects, and stay updated with modern design trends and AI-powered creative tools.

Key Responsibilities:

● Create engaging designs for social media, digital campaigns, websites, landing pages, and marketing materials.

● Design creatives including banners, advertisements, carousels, presentations, brochures, and promotional assets.

● Transform content briefs and campaign objectives into strong and effective visual concepts.

● Develop creative ideas while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines and visual identity.

● Understand the target audience, platform, and purpose before creating designs.

● Collaborate with content, marketing, development, and other teams to deliver creative requirements.

● Create and adapt design variations for different platforms, formats, and campaigns.

● Ensure all designs are visually polished, accurate, high-quality, and delivered on time.

● Manage multiple projects, priorities, feedback, and revisions efficiently.

● Stay updated with design trends, new tools, and AI-powered creative workflows. AI & Modern Design Workflow

● Ability to use AI tools effectively for creative ideation and improving productivity.

● Experience with AI-powered image generation and editing tools is an advantage.

● Understanding of how to use AI as a creative assistant while maintaining originality, quality, brand consistency, and human creative judgment.

● Interest in exploring new design tools, technologies, and workflows.

Required Skills:

● Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.

● Proficiency in using Al tools smartly to enhance creativity, efficiency, and productivity.

● Experience with UI/UX design principles is a plus.

● Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.

● Basic knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro/After Effects) is an advantage.

● Good communication and time management skills.

Qualification:

● Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.

● Equivalent professional experience and a strong portfolio may also be considered.

Qualifications
