Brief about the Team

Tata 1mg Corporate Health & Wellness team, under primary responsibility, is to serve as the

key point of contact for existing corporate clients, taking charge of their health and wellness

programs and client relationships, driving growth opportunities, and ensuring the successful

implementation of health and wellness solutions for corporate clients.

What will you do

1. Take on the primary role as the main point of contact for managing all matters related to

existing customer accounts. Cultivate and sustain robust and enduring client relationships.

2. Manage the process of reconciling accounts and compile, generate, and distribute sales

reports on a monthly, semi-annual, and annual basis. Predict and monitor crucial account

metrics (such as user-related statistics and overall revenue).

3. Address daily client inquiries, manage escalations and fulfill requests. Ensure the prompt and

successful delivery of our solutions, aligning with the customer’s requirements and objectives.

4. Serve as a bridge between various internal teams (including Program Management,

Customer Service, Product Development, and Operations departments) to enhance the overall

customer journey.

5. Clearly communicate the advancement of monthly/quarterly projects to both internal teams

and external stakeholders.

6.Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement, drive

engagement & wellness activities with existing clients

7. Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory

8. May require some travel upto 20% to 30%

What we are looking for

1. Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Sales Account Manager or relevant role

2. Graduate/ Post Graduate with 4+ year of experience in Business Administration, Sales or

relevant field with hands on experience with P&L and reconciliations

3. Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of

an organization, including executive and C-level

4. Solid experience with MS Office (particularly MS Excel)

5. Experience handling day-to-day client escalations and delivering client-focused solutions to

meet the needs

6. Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining

sharp attention to detail

7. Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities

8. Strong verbal and written communication skills
