Our focus is to ensure individuals are never surprised by the personal data we collect, process and share. Everything we do is based on that focus. This leader acts as a privacy subject matter expert and works with legal and technology to ensure customer trust and privacy is factored into all decisions.

Key job responsibilities
– Support privacy awareness, communications and content creation for Ops Privacy Services.
– Support the overall development and maturation of the Ops Privacy Services Program.
– Support holistic privacy reviews for new and existing applications in Ops
– Support AI compliance review activities, including intake assessments and use case evaluations for AI-enabled applications across Ops.
– Maintain an understanding of privacy regulatory and industry developments.
– Perform operational deep dives on privacy-related processes and systems.
– Identify, gather, track, and report metrics.
– Manage several projects simultaneously with a sense of urgency.
– Comfortable dealing with ambiguity.

Basic Qualifications

– 4+ years of compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or equivalent experience
– 3+ years of managing food safety and quality in a large-scale retail or manufacturing environment experience
– Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field
– Knowledge of retail food code and regulations governing grocery retail at local, state, and federal levels
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
– Experience handling confidential information
– Experience interacting with local food safety regulators

Preferred Qualifications

– 3+ years of program requirements definition and data and metrics leveraging to drive improvements experience
– Professional auditing qualification, or similar risk or compliance credentials
– Experience with SQL and Excel
