Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate Python Developer – GenAI & Agentic AI to join our Product Engineering team. The ideal candidate should have strong Python development skills along with hands-on experience in building Generative AI and Agentic AI applications using modern LLM frameworks and AI orchestration technologies.
This role offers an opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI products and enterprise-scale automation platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications and REST APIs using Python and FastAPI.
Build enterprise-grade Generative AI applications using LLMs such as OpenAI GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, or similar models.
Design and implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using embeddings and vector databases.
Develop Agentic AI workflows capable of autonomous reasoning, planning, and tool execution.
Optimize prompts, agent orchestration, memory management, and inference performance.
Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and business workflows.
Deploy, monitor, and optimize AI applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Solution teams to deliver AI-powered business solutions.
Stay updated with emerging AI frameworks, models, and industry best practices.
Required Technical Skills
2+ years of hands-on experience in Python development.
Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or similar Python frameworks.
Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
Strong understanding of RAG architecture, embeddings, and vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB, Milvus, etc.).
Experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar.
Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and AI agent development.
Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, and microservices architecture.
Familiarity with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
Good to Have
Experience with Agentic AI frameworks and autonomous AI systems.
Exposure to MCP (Model Context Protocol), AI tool calling, and function calling.
Experience with Kubernetes and containerized deployments.
Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and cloud-native architectures.
Exposure to AI observability, evaluation frameworks, and model monitoring.
Required Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced product environment.
Strong learning mindset and passion for emerging AI technologies.
Educational Qualification
BE/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or related disciplines.
