Job Description
ABOUT YOUR ROLE
– Design automation programs to improve daily order entry efficiency and accuracy.
– Engage in data processing, workflow optimization, automation program design, project testing, daily operation maintenance.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE
– Design a standard template or program to consolidate order entry data automatically.
– Design program to input data automatically and simplify the process workflow, mainly through Excel Visual Basic.
– Follow up projects and summarize the process and conduct relevant training for OM.
– Responsible for the maintenance and development of existing programs.
Competence Requirement:
– Strong team-work spirit
– Good communication skill
– Be able to work with high quality and efficiently
– Customer oriented
Qualifications
Qualification:
– Have some basic programming skills, be familiar with VB/VB.NET/VBA/VBS and so on. Familiar with Java or Python is preferable.
– Sharp analytical ability, fast learning skill problem solving techniques
– 1 to 2yrs of experience
– Any Graduate
– Python or bash or VB Script , SQL, Advanced Excel (VBA, Macros)
