Execute and oversee upgrade activities across DEV, SIT, UAT, Pre‑Prod, and Production environments.
• Lead retrofit, integration, build preparation, deployment, patching, COB support, and environment management.
• Ensure alignment of retrofitted components with target release (R25) and upgrade standards.
• Review and validate IRDs, technical specifications, mapping sheets, retrofit plans, and deployment packages.
• Support SIT/UAT with defect resolution, build updates, and technical clarifications.
• Participate in and guide cutover planning, mock runs, and go‑live operations.
Own the upgrade plan, timelines, task sequencing, milestone tracking, and risk/issue management.
• Coordinate daily execution across technical teams: L3 dev, EF, DBAs, infra, environment teams, and test teams.
• Conduct daily stand‑ups, progress reporting, dependency tracking, and stakeholder updates.
• Prepare and maintain project artifacts including project plans, RAID logs, resource allocation sheets, and status reports.
• Ensure cross‑team collaboration between functional, technical, infra, and client teams.
• Manage governance calls, steering updates, and communication with client leadership.
• Drive quality assurance across all upgrade streams and enforce coding, documentation, and deployment standards
Skills
-
• Strong Transact/T24 upgrade experience including TAFJ, R19→R25 uplift, COB flows, and environment orchestration.
• Hands‑on proficiency in Infobasic,DS packaging, and JBoss deployments.
• Solid understanding of architecture, integration flows, local customizations, and upgrade impact analysis.
• Proven experience as Technical PM or module lead in large multi‑environment upgrade programs.
• Strong ability to read, review, and validate technical specifications, IRDs, and design documents.
• Excellent communication, planning, and cross‑team coordination skills.
Basic database (MSSQL/Oracle) knowledge for upgrade‑related troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with DevOps pipelines, automated deployments, and cloud hosting models
