Job Description

• Proactively identify, pursue, and convert sales opportunities from multiple channels including phone, email, and digital platforms to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through transparent communication, ensuring customer retention and identifying opportunities for account expansion
• Prepare detailed and compelling sales proposals tailored to client needs, ensuring competitive positioning and revenue optimization
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating value propositions and addressing client concerns
• Maintain an organized and up-to-date sales pipeline using software, tracking all leads and opportunities through each stage of the sales cycle while monitoring performance metrics and preparing accurate forecasts
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless handover of new business and coordinate successful project delivery
• Analyze competitor activities within the region and provide strategic recommendations to enhance current sales approaches and penetrate new markets

• Proven track record of success in a sales role with demonstrated ability to drive inquiries and secure new business
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Strong sales acumen with excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in sales management tools with ability to quickly learn new systems
• Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational and time management skills

• Strong budgeting and financial management skills with understanding of profit margins and revenue optimization
