Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Raffles Butler to join our luxury hospitality team in Udaipur, India. As a Raffles Butler, you will be the cornerstone of our personalized guest service experience, delivering unparalleled hospitality and attention to detail that defines the Raffles brand. This role requires a professional, organized, and customer-focused individual who excels in anticipating guest needs and maintaining the highest standards of service excellence.

• Provide personalized butler services to guests, ensuring their comfort, satisfaction, and discretion throughout their stay
• Manage suite operations, including room maintenance, housekeeping coordination, and amenity replenishment to the highest standards
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, concerns, and special requirements with efficiency and grace
• Coordinate seamlessly with hotel departments including housekeeping, concierge, dining, and maintenance to deliver exceptional service
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all guest interactions and room presentations
• Uphold strict confidentiality and professionalism regarding guest information and preferences
• Assist with special arrangements, including dining reservations, transportation, and customized experiences
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience
• Maintain impeccable personal appearance and professional demeanor at all times
• Contribute to a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement within the team

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a butler, senior room attendant, or in a comparable luxury hospitality service role
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse clientele
• Strong organizational and time management abilities with capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Comprehensive knowledge of luxury service standards, protocols, and best practices
• Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining composure
• Demonstrated discretion, professionalism, and commitment to guest confidentiality
• Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is highly desirable
• Proficiency in hotel management systems and technology platforms
• Experience in fine dining service, beverage knowledge, and table etiquette
• Certification or formal training in hospitality service or butler services (preferred)
• Experience working in luxury hotels, resorts, or high-end hospitality establishments (preferred)
• Multilingual capabilities in European or Asian languages (preferred)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest concerns with grace and professionalism

Additional Information

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in photography and videography, preferably with F&B, hospitality, luxury lifestyle or premium consumer brands.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both photography and videography skills, particularly food, lifestyle and hospitality content.
• Good understanding of food photography and videography, including lighting, composition and styling.
• Strong knowledge of camera equipment, lenses, lighting and basic audio equipment.
• Proficiency in photo and video editing software.
• Ability to independently conceptualise and execute content from brief to final output.
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, short-form video and social media content formats.
• Creative eye with strong attention to detail and composition.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment and manage multiple shoots and deadlines.
• Comfortable working flexible hours when required for events, weddings, dinners and special activations.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to identify content opportunities independently.

Preferred Experience

Experience working with F&B brands, luxury hotels, restaurants, bars, resorts, lifestyle brands or premium hospitality businesses will be strongly preferred.
