Job Summary
As an integral member of our delivery team, the Business Intelligence (BI) RPA Developer is responsible for the design, development, implementation and support of mission-critical enterprise automated processes (Bots).
Working with cross-functional teams, you will participate to gather and document Bot requirements to meet business needs.
Using your skills and experience as a RPA Developer, you will then use those requirements to design, develop, test and implement Bots that automate repetitive operational tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze workflows and work with SMEs to understand process being automated
- Develop effective and seamless automations using Automation Anywhere in a timely manner
- Be able to problem solve during code development
- Identify areas of code that can be turned into metabots and reused in multiple automations
- Work with the RPA team to harden and roll out bots into production
- Critical and Strategic thinking
- Tactical knowledge
- Issue identification
- Planning and organizing
- Collaborative
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including ability to articulate briefly and concisely
- Strong analytical and investigative skills
- Ability to challenge the status quo to identify and drive process improvements for the organization
