You will be responsible for understanding business needs and knowing how to create and manage the tools, and you will be responsible for conferring with users, studying system flow, data usage, and work processes following the software development lifecycle.

§  We are looking for a full stack developer.

§  You will have to collaborate with the internal teams and vendors to fix and improve products.

§  You will be responsible for updating and maintaining the software and products.

§  You will be responsible for providing mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.

§  Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

§  Should be able to work independently.

§  You would perform the RCA for any production issues and own responsibility.

§  Able to quickly understand the problem and provide the quick solution and work on the permanent solve with the SLA.

§  Should have a strong knowledge of coding and good problem-solving skills.

Skills

§  Should have prior experience of 4 + years of expertise in developing Java based software.

§  Should have expertise in developing high-quality software design and architecture.

§  Should be proficient in reviewing and debugging codes.

§  Should have good experience leading junior engineers and developers.

§  Must be proficient in programming like , , and NodesJS, Angular, Spring Boot, Micro services, Kubernetes, Dev ops, CI / CD, Jenkins, Maven, Hibernate, Postman, Any Cache knowledge.

§  Should have followed Agile software delivery methodology.

§  Should be good at working collaboratively with others to achieve goals.

§  Should have good problem-solving and time-management skills for better productivity.

§  Experience of working in the payments industry by understanding the overall payments ecosystem and business requirements that drives banks and financial institutions in this payment domain. 

§  Have payment product experience in troubleshooting issues by analyzing the logs/ DB data error logs. 

§  Good Knowledge of 3D Secure VBV and Mastercard Secure code authentication flows including Authentication and Authorization. 

§  Payment Domain knowledge is a must.

§  Well, understanding of Card schemes functional flow. 

§  Encryption/Decryption concepts with good knowledge of SSL/TLS certificate exchange in web applications. 

Work with Developers, Operations, vendors, BU, and other support teams for change managements as well as triage over production incident.
