Job Description

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with inquiries regarding auto insurance policies, providing clear and accurate information.

Evaluate client insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options to ensure adequate protection.

Accurately and efficiently process policy changes, updates, and endorsements.

Resolve client concerns and issues in a professional and timely manner, maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with insurance agents and underwriters to ensure policy accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Maintain detailed records of client interactions, policy updates, and resolutions for audit and reporting purposes.

Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on processes and identifying opportunities for enhanced efficiency.
