Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for Account Openings, Account Amendment, Account closing & Taxlot updates requests for various end clients, this team will mainly be responsible for Opening client Accounts on Accounting platform, Account related change requests, answering client queries on call/ email, lifting trade/ cash restrictions on account.

• Good Understanding of financial products like US Domestic Equities, Global Equities, Bonds, Mutual Funds, MBS, SWAPS etc.
• Experience in Account services (Account Opening, Account Amends, Account closing & Taxlot / Cost basis updates), Handling client personal details which is highly confidential in nature.
• Excellent communication, as you will be involved with client communications via phone and email
• Knowledge around Client due diligence will have added advantage.
• Understanding around business transitions and required documentation will have added advantage.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel is required.
• Candidate should have exposure around audits (internal and external) and strong understanding around Risk and Control framework.
• Ensure near 100% First Time Right (FTR) by processing transactions with high accuracy, performing thorough validations, and minimizing errors and rework.
• Establish strong relationship with onshore counterparts and should be capable of handling Onshore Queries and Issues.Experience of applications like Global Plus, AddVantage & Trust Desk applications would have added advantage.
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
