Job Description

Responsibilities:

Conceive, design, and deliver high-quality content (visual, written, or multimedia) that aligns with business objectives and user needs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, learning, or communications) to develop and execute content strategies.

Ensure consistency with brand identity, tone, and standards across all content deliverables.

Leverage analytics and user feedback to measure content effectiveness and implement data-driven improvements.

Manage multiple content design projects, balancing deadlines while maintaining creative and strategic quality.

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior content designers, supporting their skill development and adherence to best practices.

Stay current with industry trends, tools, and methodologies, applying innovative approaches to enhance content design.

Qualifications

Bachelors – Communication, Bachelors – Design, Bachelors – Graphic Design, Bachelors – Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Bachelors – Visual Communication
