Gephels is looking for a Full Stack Developer responsible for understanding business requirements, preparing workflows, developing scalable web applications, and ensuring high-quality performance across devices and browsers. The candidate will work closely with the team in an Agile/Scrum environment to develop, maintain, and optimize web applications.
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist to Develop and maintain Java-based applications and microservices using Spring Boot.
Understand business requirements and prepare application workflows, requirement documentation, and wireframes.
Support to Develop, test, and maintain scalable, secure, and user-facing web applications.
Design and develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
Perform testing across multiple devices, browsers, and screen resolutions to ensure compatibility and consistency.
Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following OOP principles.
Maintain existing web portals/applications, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing technical support.
Implement page-speed optimization and Google Lighthouse performance parameters.
Optimize applications for speed, scalability, performance, and cross-browser compatibility.
Work with Git, Maven, and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins/GitLab.
Assist to identify and resolve bugs, performance issues, and technical challenges throughout the development lifecycle.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver projects within defined timelines.
Required skills
Strong knowledge of HTML, Java, CSS, Bootstrap 5, JavaScript, and jQuery.
Understanding of React.js/Node.js is preferred.
Knowledge of RESTful APIs, Micro services, backend integration and Cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and UI/UX.
Knowledge of page-speed optimization, Google Lighthouse, and web performance.
Familiarity with Git/version control systems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
Qualification
B.Tech/BE in Computer Science, IT, or related field with no educational gaps.
