Identify prospective corporates for salary relationships, build a pipeline, and acquire quality salary deals. Ensure activation of corporate salary deals, account sourcing, and increased wallet share.
Key Responsibilities
New Corporate Acquisition
Identify and acquire prospective corporates for salary relationships.
Focus on acquiring accounts of senior management.
Increase wallet share in acquired corporates.
New Account Sourcing
Acquire accounts from sourced and branch-managed corporates.
Ensure quality account sourcing with a focus on senior management.
Relationship Management
Act as the single point of contact for corporate decision-makers.
Identify and source accounts of key corporate officials or CXOs.
Analyze corporate needs and provide customized solutions.
Enhance bank visibility through branding and product displays.
Business Objectives
Achieve business targets across KRAs.
Maximize wallet share and track competition.
Facilitate cross-sell of bank products and digital platform migration.
Promote E-Net for salary uploads and ensure smooth transitions.
Service Delivery
Resolve customer queries and complaints within timelines.
Provide escalation matrix for corporate support.
Highlight concerns to relevant teams for resolution.
Resource Management and Productivity
