Job Purpose:
Source incremental accounts from corporates mapped to the KCM portfolio.
Assist customers with documentation & application formalities.
Ensure strict adherence to Know Your Customer (KYC) norms.
Explain product benefits to customers.
Cross-sell additional products with new account openings.
Achieve set productivity norms for salary account sourcing & cross-sell.
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure all documentation/account opening formalities are completed in presence.
Verify authenticity of documents & customer identity.
Ensure all mandatory fields are entered properly and documents are legible.
Ensure photograph for ID proof is clearly visible & matches AOD photo.
Ensure Tatkal kits are available for inductions.
Facilitate account opening through digital journey.
Cross-selling of various products.
Educational Qualifications:
Graduate with minimum 50% Marks.

Experience Required:
