Position description: #*Responsible for the implementation of all academic and skill development programs in the assigned region, including supervising instructors, tracking progress, monitoring training, and managing key stakeholders including training partners.*#
Primary Responsibilities: #*
1. Program Implementation
1.1. Responsible for day-to-day implementation of all academic and skill development programs to ensure the achievement of training targets
1.2. Develop and manage monthly training schedules to optimize staff allocation and utilization
1.3. Monitor all purchases, invoicing, payment processing related to the Project
1.4. Ensure compliance with training standards and regulations
2. Program Reporting and Monitoring
2.1. Track program progress against the Training Delivery Plan
2.2. Ensure timely reporting and knowledge management by updating the MIS and preparing periodic progress reports for the Corporate Team
3. Local Partnerships & Coordination
3.1. Coordinate with key local industries, community organisations, and academic institutions, training providers
3.2. Actively liaison with key district and state-level government stakeholders*#
Skills: #*
1. Graduation in Mechanical / Production/Metallurgical & Materials Engineering or related field;
Postgraduation in Business administration/Education/Public Policy/ Technology or any related field will be an advantage*#
Competencies: #*1. Expertise in metal handling, fabrication, and fitting
2. Knowledge of health & safety regulations and procedures
3. Knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
4. Team Leadership & Collaboration Skills
5. Effective Communication & Relationship-building
6. Problem-Solving
7. Diligent and attentive in delivery*#
