Seeking an experienced Associate Principal specializing in Microsoft Fabric Data Engineering to lead and architect data solutions within the Microsoft FabricEngineering domain
Job Description
Design develop and optimize scalable data engineering solutions using Microsoft Fabric Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate data platforms and ensure seamless data flow Leverage extensive experience to architect data pipelines data lakes and data warehouses in Microsoft Fabric environments Drive innovation by evaluating and implementing new data engineering technologies and best practices within the Microsoft Fabric ecosystem Ensure data quality governance and security standards are met throughout the data lifecycle Mentor and guide junior engineers to build technical capabilities and promote knowledge sharing Participate in strategic planning to align data engineering initiatives with organizational goals Analyze complex data requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead endtoend data engineering projects within Microsoft Fabric ensuring timely delivery and highquality outcomes Architect and implement robust data pipelines to support largescale analytics and reporting needs Collaborate with data scientists analysts and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights Establish best practices and standards for data engineering within the Microsoft FabricEngineering family Conduct code reviews performance tuning and troubleshooting to maintain optimal system performance Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data platform capabilities and operational efficiency Manage stakeholder communications and provide technical leadership during project execution Stay current with emerging trends and advancements in Microsoft Fabric and related data engineering technologies
