JD:
An API Tester is responsible for validating the application programming interfaces APIs that power communication between different software systems Instead of testing userfacing graphical interfaces they focus on the backend application layer to ensure data security system integration scalability and structural performance
Isolate document and report system defects using lifecycle tools followed by rootcause analysis alongside development teams
Assess endpoint authentication and token authorizations like OAuth 20 JWT and API keys to patch data vulnerabilities
