Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with a strong background in software development and a deep understanding of Actimize solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software applications that enhance our financial crime risk management capabilities. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications using Actimize solutions to support financial crime risk management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Implement best practices in software development, including coding standards, testing, and documentation.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Identify and troubleshoot software defects and performance issues, implementing effective solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to Actimize and software development.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to their professional growth.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Actimize solutions.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
• Experience with software development methodologies, particularly Agile.
• Solid understanding of software design principles and design patterns.
• Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud technologies and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Knowledge of financial services and regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
• Experience in performance tuning and optimization of applications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in software development or Actimize solutions are a plus.
