Business Partnering
• Partner with business leaders to understand manpower, productivity and capability requirements.

• Conduct employee connects, skip-level meetings and focus group discussions.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
• Track engagement indicators and implement action plans.
Performance Management
• Support goal setting, mid-year reviews and annual performance cycles.
• Enable managers to provide continuous feedback and coaching.
• Assist in performance improvement plans where required.
Attrition & Retention Management
• Analyse attrition trends and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct stay interviews for critical talent.
• Develop retention strategies for key roles and high performers.
Employee Relations
• Address employee concerns and ensure timely resolution.
• Support disciplinary cases, investigations and policy implementation.
• Promote a positive work environment and high employee trust.
HR Analytics & Reporting
• Track and analyse people metrics including:
- Headcount
- Attrition
- Diversity
- Hiring
- Performance
- Engagement
- Performance

- Productivity indicators
- Present actionable insights to business leaders.
