Role Overview:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate – Tech Hiring to join our Talent Acquisition team. The role will be responsible for driving end-to-end technology hiring, with a strong focus on sourcing, bulk hiring, hiring drives, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:– Manage end-to-end recruitment for technology roles across multiple levels and functions.- Drive bulk hiring for tech positions while ensuring quality and turnaround timelines.- Own strong candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, employee referrals, databases, and other relevant channels.- Conduct proactive sourcing and build a strong pipeline of tech talent across various skill sets.- Plan and execute walk-in/virtual hiring drives and other volume-hiring initiatives.- Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand hiring requirements, priorities, and timelines.- Manage multiple open positions simultaneously and ensure timely closure of mandates.- Screen candidates, conduct initial assessments, coordinate interviews, and drive the process through offer and joining.- Maintain regular communication with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.- Track hiring metrics, pipeline status, closures, and other recruitment MIS.- Work closely with HRBPs and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding and joining.- Identify and implement innovative sourcing strategies to improve hiring efficiency.
Mandatory Requirements:
– 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, with strong exposure to Technology hiring.- Hands-on experience in end-to-end tech recruitment.- Strong expertise in sourcing and candidate pipeline building.- Proven experience in bulk/volume hiring for technology roles.- Experience in planning and managing hiring drives.- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work closely with hiring managers and business teams.- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within tight hiring timelines.- Strong communication, negotiation, and candidate management skills.- Experience working in a fast-paced technology, fintech, internet, or startup environment would be preferred.
