Job Description

Job Summary:

The Customer Care Advocate provides essential support across pre/post-sales, ensuring a smooth order management, service scheduling, customer communication. You will handle inquiries, managing orders and returns, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining accurate records, problem-solving skills, communication are important.

You will report to the Team Leader, Customer Care and have a hybrid schedule working in Noida, India.

Your Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer and internal inquiries regarding orders, returns, replacements, and equipment details.
• Order / Order Return maintenance, supply schedules, and customer/distributor coordination.
• Schedule calls and follow up on service requests.
• Handle requests for company materials and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of returns, pricing updates, and order changes.
• Ensure customer communication/partners.
• Handle customer calls, email and phone calls with promised turnaround time.

The Essentials – You Will Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• Additional certifications in Customer Service, Supply Chain, or Customer Relation Management tools.
• Prior experience in customer support or order management preferred, 3 ~ 4 years.
• Proficiency in Customer Relation Management)and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills
• Work collaboratively across teams.
• Basic Knowledge in Power BI.

The Preferred – You Might Also Have:

Experience in SAP SD, Salesforce, Oracle.
