Join us as an Engineer, Engineering Support and play a key role in delivering engineered control valve and instrumentation solutions that meet customer requirements. In this role, you will work closely with quotation, application, product management, and manufacturing teams to transform technical specifications into accurate engineering deliverables. You will have the opportunity to contribute across the entire order lifecycle, from quotation support through execution and documentation, while helping ensure quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities

• Provide technical support to quotation and application teams by reviewing customer requirements and supporting solution development.
• Eevaluate customer specifications, determine manufacturing feasibility, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the right products and instrumentation are selected.
• Create and maintain engineering documentation, including manufacturing drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), specifications, and customer-facing technical documents.
• Partner with product management to ensure products and services are configured and delivered according to customer needs.
• Support order execution activities, including drawings, quality plans, post-order documentation, invoicing support, and preparation of complete control valve packages based on customer specifications.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related technical discipline, combined with 3-5 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Experience in the control valve, actuator, or a similar process industry environment.
• Experience working with Product Data Management (PDM) and ERP systems, along with good Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Knowledge of fluid flow and pneumatics, with familiarity in P&IDs and instrumentation or automation engineering considered an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and enjoy collaborating across teams in a professional and customer-focused manner.
