What you’ll do

• You’ll support digital campaign setup, execution, optimisation, and performance reporting within HubSpot, ensuring accurate lead tracking and campaign effectiveness.
• You’ll maintain CRM data integrity through data hygiene, audience segmentation, lead scoring, and marketing automation enhancements to improve lead nurturing outcomes.
• You’ll collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams and external developers to implement campaign updates, website enhancements, system integrations, content changes, and technical fixes.
• You’ll manage and optimize the IQ-EQ WordPress website, ensuring brand consistency, seamless user experience, and alignment with business growth objectives.
• You’ll monitor website analytics, conversion performance, and technical SEO health, identifying opportunities to improve organic traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates.

Qualifications

About You

• You have hands-on experience with HubSpot and a strong understanding of website CMS platforms and basic web analytics.
• You possess an analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and a willingness to continuously learn and develop new skills.
• You are familiar with tracking fundamentals and Google Tag Manager; experience in these areas is an advantage but not essential.
• You have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders.
• You are flexible and able to work European business hours to support global teams and operations.
