Job Description

Grows involvement as directed by senior management by successfully prospecting for new opportunities and retaining and expanding existing internal customer relationships. Monitors and enhances supplier performance in all assigned relationships. Responsible for leading teams including Procurement, Contract Analysts and Business Line representatives. Coordinates multiple business line participation on shared projects. Identifies opportunities and develops new internal customer relationships. Provides procurement advice to customers. Incorporates appropriate procurement processes and services to internal customers. Identifies and successfully capitalizes on interdepartmental contract leverage opportunities.

Basic Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
– 10 or more years of experience in procurement contract activities

Preferred Skills/Experience
– Extensive knowledge of purchasing, procurement, and contract negotiation and administration
– Knowledge of Procurement leading practices
– Strong relationship management and business development abilities
– Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
– Strong sales and collaborative team building skills
– Well-developed financial and market analysis skills and experience
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Demonstrated project management skills
– Well-developed management and leadership skills
– Knowledge of accounts payable/receivable, cash management, and operations
– Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups at all levels across the company
