Job Description Summary

We are seeking a skilled Facade Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in façade design, execution, and quality management for large-scale building construction projects. The role will be responsible for overseeing façade works for a premium hotel development project, ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines

About the Role:

• Manage end-to-end façade engineering and execution activities, including curtain walls, glazing systems, cladding, ACP, stone cladding, windows, louvers, and architectural façade elements for the hotel project.
• Review façade shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, structural engineers, and MEP teams to resolve design and site-related issues.
• Monitor installation quality, conduct inspections, and ensure adherence to approved drawings, safety standards, and construction schedules.
• Track project progress, verify quantities, support contractor billing, and provide timely project reports to management.

About You:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in façade engineering and execution for hotel, commercial, high-rise, or large institutional building projects.
• Strong understanding of façade systems including curtain walls, unitized glazing, stick systems, ACP cladding, stone cladding, waterproofing, and thermal performance requirements.
• Proficiency in reviewing façade drawings, BOQs, specifications, and coordinating with multidisciplinary project teams.
• Good knowledge of quality control procedures, construction safety standards, project planning, and contractor management.
