Job Description
This Role
Supports Asset Owner Solutions through data extraction, transformation, validation, and reporting activities for private equity clients, ensuring accurate portfolio company reporting, data quality, process compliance, and effective use of analytics and ETL tools while contributing to continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
What You Will Do
- You’ll perform ETL and data processing activities across multiple data sources, preparing, transforming, and validating data using AI-enabled tools, SQL, Power BI, Snowflake, and other approved platforms to support reporting and analytics deliverables.
- You’ll prepare portfolio company reports for private equity funds, including invested capital, total distributions, fair value, EBITDA, and related financial metrics, while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to client-specific requirements and reporting standards.
- You’ll conduct data quality reviews and pre-validation checks, perform consistency testing across reports and dashboards, document exceptions, escalate discrepancies, maintain reference files, and support quality control processes through established procedures and checklists.
- You’ll support operational excellence by maintaining reporting templates, assisting with onboarding activities, coordinating routine handoffs with stakeholders, resolving routine data-related queries, identifying recurring issues, and contributing recommendations that support process improvements and enhanced reporting efficiency.
- You’ll collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders, share knowledge and best practices, complete training and workflow requirements, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high standards of accuracy, professionalism, and continuous learning.

Qualifications
About You
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- You have at least 3 years of experience in financial services, data extraction, data analysis, ETL processing, reporting, and analytics, with exposure to SQL, Snowflake, AI-enabled data processing tools, Power BI, Tableau, and Macro/VBA.
- You possess a strong understanding of financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, accounting concepts, financial terminology, and private equity reporting metrics.
- You demonstrate advanced proficiency in data extraction, transformation, validation, visualization, and reporting tools, along with working knowledge of SQL and data warehouse concepts such as joins, unions, and group-by functions.
- You have strong analytical, communication, organisational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with a high level of attention to detail, a collaborative mindset, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a commitment to continuous improvement and quality delivery.
