JD :
PC Lifecycle Management :
- Provision of End User Computing (EUC) Front Desk, Deskside and Office Field Support services including:
- Walk-in and service desk request fulfilment.
- IMAC (Install, Move, Add and Change) activities.
- 85% windows 11 and 15% MAC
- New hire device preparation, provisioning, and deployment.
- Device break-fix support and troubleshooting.
- Hardware replacement and warranty coordination.
- Device recovery and asset collection during offboarding activities.
- CMDB and asset inventory updates.
- Compliance with SACM processes and asset governance requirements.
- Support for Incident, Change and Problem Management processes.
- Basic administration and support activities related to Microsoft Intune managed devices.
- Physical onsite support across Client office locations.
Work model: 5 days from office (Mon–Fri), 9 hours on‑site (includes 1‑hour break). Role requires strong communication skills, customer‑experience orientation, flexibility to work in shifts, and comfort with both system‑based and field work.
