Job Description

**Responsibilities:**

• Provide exceptional guest services and personalized assistance to hotel guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay
• Make restaurant reservations and provide dining recommendations based on guest preferences and dietary requirements
• Arrange transportation services, including airport transfers, local tours, and sightseeing excursions
• Offer comprehensive local knowledge and recommendations for attractions, cultural sites, shopping, and entertainment venues in and around Agra
• Handle special guest requests and resolve issues promptly and professionally to exceed expectations
• Manage the concierge desk operations, including answering inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Maintain detailed records of guest requests and preferences to ensure continuity of service
• Coordinate with hotel departments and external vendors to fulfill guest needs efficiently
• Assist with event planning and coordination for guest celebrations and special occasions
• Provide multilingual support where applicable to serve diverse international guests
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor while representing the Fairmont brand
• Stay current with local events, weather conditions, and travel advisories to provide accurate information

Qualifications

**Required Qualifications:**

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or customer service certification preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a concierge, guest services, or luxury hospitality environment
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse clientele
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple guest requests simultaneously
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills (Hindi, French, Spanish, or Mandarin) highly valued
• Comprehensive knowledge of Agra’s attractions, cultural sites, dining establishments, and local services
• Proficiency with hotel management systems, reservation platforms, and Microsoft Office applications
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach to conflict resolution
