Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate daily Culinary & KST operations
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained as per Accor standard, HACCAP and FSSAI standard.
• Monitor team performance and allocate daily tasks.
• Ensure proper upkeep of guest areas and back-of-house areas.
• Maintain required quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments for smooth operations.
• Train and guide KST team members.
• Monitor housekeeping supplies and inventory.

Understanding of food safety and hygiene
