Horizontal Bright Annealing team in the role of Shift In charge.

Job Purpose: To manage HBA shift operations efficiently,
ensuring high-quality output, cost-effective production, and adherence to
safety and quality standards.

Key
Responsibilities:

·        
HBA Operation Management: Oversee daily shift operations of the HBA to
ensure consistent production of high-quality stainless steel coils.

·        
Production Planning Execution: Execute production plans to achieve maximum
output with optimum resource utilization and cost efficiency.

·        
Process Control: Monitor annealing parameters such as furnace
zone temperature, tension, TV, degreasing tank PH as per SOP to maintain
product specifications.

·        
Quality Assurance: Monitor coil quality, defects and ensure
compliance to product specifications and customer requirement.

·        
Team Leadership: Supervise and guide HBA operators, and
technicians to maintain high performance and safety standards.

·        
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to HBA,
coil defects, and process deviations.

·        
Maintenance Coordination: Collaborate with maintenance teams for
preventive and breakdown maintenance of HBA line equipment to minimize
downtime.

·        
Inventory & Resource Management: Manage inventory of Coils, Unikleen, and
other consumables to ensure uninterrupted operations.

·        
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of production
data, process parameters, downtime analysis, and improvement actions.

·        
Safety & Compliance: Ensure safety rule implementation, work
permits, LOTO, 5’S housekeeping and statutory compliance during shift
operations.

Qualifications
& Experience: Diploma in Mechanical /Production Engineering
or equivalent with 2 to 3 year experience.

Key Skills &
Competencies:

1. Technical
   Expertise in Bright annealing Process: 
   Understanding of Bright annealing process and process parameters (Zone
   temperature, degreasing PH, CR defects etc).

2.      
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word,
PowerPoint).

3.      
Working knowledge of SAP / PPDS as End
User.

4.      
Exposure to TPM, Lean Manufacturing.

5.      
Ability to work in rotational shift.
