EHS & Material Compliance Specialist

• B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical/Automobile) or B.Sc./M.Sc. (Material Science, Chemistry, Environmental Science)

• Experience in EHS Documentation, Material Compliance

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage EHS documentation for SME teams across business units
• Prepare and update: Risk Assessments, LoTo(Lock-Out Tag-Out) documents, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), Training materials
• Support material compliance activities including Regulatory screening and tracking (GADSL, TSCA, REACH), Monitoring regulatory updates
• Prepare customer compliance documentation (non-IMDS)
• Maintain compliance tracking systems and ensure documentation accuracy
• Support audit readiness and compliance checks
• Coordinate with R&D SMEs and cross-functional teams
• Ensure adherence to defined EHS and compliance processes
• Support continuous improvement in compliance documentation workflows

• Strong analytical and documentation skills

• Proficiency in English and German (Intermediate or Advanced) (Must)

• Understanding of: EHS processes, material compliance regulations (REACH, TSCA, GADSL)]

• Expertise in PLM / Document Management Systems

• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
